What to expect
Half Day Near‑Shore is a relaxed but active 5‑hour trip year‑round from 70 West Marina on the Crystal Coast. Expect short runs to several near‑shore and inlet spots, frequent stops for casting and drifting, and a mix of bottom rigs, popping corks, and light tackle for redfish, seatrout, bonnethead, and flounder. Pace alternates between brief transit, focused fishing bursts, and downtime for gear changes. Boats are stable but can feel chop; seas and temperatures change by season, so plan for cool mornings and afternoon sea breeze. Crew will assist with baiting, landing fish, and basic safety.
What to bring
